In this page you will be able to access e-payslips on demand which you can send to an authorised  third party
Search for employees using eithr First, Last or both Names.
can also use the Employee number or the NRC (in the First name textbox):

Specify The Employee Number and Request the e-Payslip to send to a Recepient's email address
